Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order from Line + Landmark. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

It must be returned in the original packaging (or equivalent safe packaging)

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at lineandlandmark@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 working days with instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your print arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, email lineandlandmark@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either replace it or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly.
